We develop investment-ready projects from data centre waste heat
Calentix connects data centres with district heating networks. We take each project from origination and engineering to project finance, long-term contracts and operation, combining energy system insight, district heating business and engineering execution in one team.
Two ways we support our partners
As an advisor
We help partners succeed in the local energy dialogue, connecting data centres with district heating networks, navigating regulation, and creating local value.
As a developer
We develop heat recovery projects from first assessment to operation. Each project is financed in a dedicated project company, so our partners avoid capital expenditure and operational risk.

Our services
Pre-feasibility assessment
We screen your site's potential: thermal output, cooling configuration, and proximity to district heating. A fast, low-effort first step with no commitment.
Feasibility study
Detailed technical and commercial analysis confirming project viability, projected heat volumes, and indicative commercial terms.
Project development
Once feasibility is confirmed, we structure the full project: technical design, permitting, contracts, and the capital structure with debt, grants and equity, under our Independent Heat Producer model.
Construction and operation
The project company finances, builds and owns the heat recovery system, with Calentix leading delivery and long-term asset management. Ownership can be structured to fit partner preferences.
Experience
Our team brings decades of experience from district heating, energy systems and large-scale heat pump delivery. We understand the technical, financial, and regulatory realities on both sides of the equation.
Our mission
To make energy use more efficient and sustainable by recovering waste heat from digital infrastructure and turning it into value for business, people, and the planet.
